XSLC series economical inspection instrumentWiring precautions
The input channels of the instrument are not isolated and are not suitable for applications where there is common mode voltage between channels. (e.g. measurement of voltage of each battery in the battery pack)
To avoid the influence of noise interference, please wire the input signal line away from the instrument power line, power line, and negative line.
Ensure that the instrument power supply is not affected by the noise reduction of the power supply during wiring. It is recommended to use a noise filter in situations that are easily affected by noise.
-Please twist the wire into a twisted shape. The shorter the twisting distance, the better the noise defense effect.
-Please make sure to install the noise filter on a grounded surface, etc., and minimize the wiring between the output side of the noise filter and the power terminal.
-Please do not install fuses, switches, etc. on the wiring of the output side of the voice filter, otherwise it will reduce the effectiveness of the filter.
There is no fuse inside this instrument. For occasions where fuses are required, please set them separately: Recommended specifications for fuses:
-Delay fuse with rated voltage of 250V and rated current of 1A
Please use a power supply that meets the specifications.
Avoid mixing interference in the measurement circuit
-Separate the measurement circuit from the power line (power circuit) or grounding circuit. -Try not to measure interference sources as much as possible. If unavoidable, isolate the measuring object from the measuring circuit and ground the measuring object.
-The use of shielded wires has a good effect on interference caused by static electricity,
-The grounding resistance of the ground wire terminal should be low (below 100Q).
In the case of thermocouple input, please use the specified compensation wire.
In the case of thermal resistance input, please use wires with low lead resistance and wires with no resistance difference between 3-wires (3-wire system).
To prevent misoperation, please do not connect any wires to unused terminals.
